Refund Policy
You can ask refund for any ordered product only after mentioning the valid reason for the refund so that we can improve our services. All products here at Blush Karo is not manufactured by Blush Karo and hence we provide you the seal pack products which comes from the original manufacturer of the product. You can drop an email at info.blushkaro@gmail.com with order ID or transaction ID along with the product name, price, contact number and your complete address with full name. We reserve the right to not refund the amount without any valid reasons.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before shipping, your amount will be refunded back to you within 15 working days. You need to drop an email to info.blushkaro@gmail.com with complete details like order ID, Product name, price, quantity, contact number & your bank WTD details where the refund amount would be credited before the product is shipped.
Return Policy
You can only return the unused product in case you are not satisfied with the product. Please note that used product(s) is/are not eligible for return under our return policy and you may not get the refund against your return. Before returning the product to our address mentioned in the 'contact' you must drop an email with the valid reason for returning the product within 14 days from the date of transaction of the purchase so that we can accept your return request. Return will only be done once it’s accepted from our end. Further return process will be guided to the customer over email and telephonic conversation.
Please note that Cash-On-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
Discount vouchers are for one time use only and shall be treated as utilized even if the order the same were utilized upon is cancelled.
